The standard ID Cards are CR-80 (0.03″ thick and 2.125″ x 3.375″ size), It’s the same size as a credit card.

Artwork setup guidelines
Artwork for custom printed ID Cards, Setup your file size to 3.375” x 2.125” at 300dpi. Bleeds are not required. High-resolution PDF preferred, but jpg, tiff also accepted.

Important Notice: Authorization Required for ID Card Printing
At Ryno Printing, we prioritize security and compliance. Please note:
- We do not print government-issued ID cards (e.g., driver’s licenses, national IDs, or passports).
- For corporate or organizational ID cards, we require an official authorization letter from the organization. This letter must clearly state that Ryno Printing is authorized to produce ID cards on plastic-type material.
This policy ensures that all ID cards we produce meet strict legal and ethical standards.

Ensure your graphic/background extends to fill the bleed to avoid white edges when trimmed.

This is where your artwork will be cut.

Keep important text and logos inside the safe area to avoid them being cut off.

Ensure your graphic/background extends to fill the bleed to avoid white edges when trimmed.

This is where your artwork will be cut.
