I wish I could give negative rating to the lady at the reception. Quality of lamination : the worst ever

My spouse and I went to have our health cards laminated .
The lady told us it will be $10 cost for lamination of three cards but then charged us $16.75.

When we asked said these are services charges never mentioned it before .

I wish I could give the negative rating to the girl serving at reception.

Do ask their service fee first , she will not disclose to innocent customers . Initially told us it will be $10 for lamination, but then charged us $16.75 . When we asked her why is it more than you told , she said service fee is on top of that after charging us.

Just for lamination of three heath cards were charged $16.75 and lamination has worst quality.

We can’t say enough good things about this local business! We came to them with a fairly unique request, to print our custom designs onto CR-80 ID cards that included a rewritable NFC chip, for use at a professional conference. While this wasn’t something they had previously offered, they took the time to understand our needs, worked with their suppliers and figured out how to make it happen.

Mohsin was great to work with while printing my staple stitched booklets. There was clear communication in all of our emails and he was quick to respond to my questions even though it took me months to finish my project! Once I submitted my files I was able to come look at my proof prints and when I spotted a couple of text errors that I had missed, he very kindly waited and let me submit a new PDF before printing the whole order. Ryno was also able to shrink wrap my book packages which was a HUGE help. I will be coming back for more printing services in the future. I had sought out several quotes from other printers in Calgary prior to this project, and was very pleased with Ryno's pricing and quality.

This place is awesome. I got quotes for my newsletter from 15 of the top printing places in the city, and Ryno had the best prices by a long shot. Not only that, the customer service is amazing. They are very fast at responding to inquiries and questions. The format of my newsletter wasn't correct for printing, and they were very helpful in explaining how to fix it. I got the expedited service to print in 1-2 business days, and they finished my order in less than 24 hours. I will be coming here for all my printing in the future, this is the best printing place in the city and I'm so glad I found it. The print quality is also 10/10. Highly recommend!
